We ship our items with Shipping time for our products is 3-14 business days. Custom orders maybe longer. If something is on backorder we will notify you via email to let you know and we will give you a timeframe when that Item will be arriving. RETURNS: You may exchange your Clothes Item for a different size if it is too big or too small. Has to be in the original condition and package you received it in.
